Position: Social Media Specialist

Location: Hong Kong (Hybrid Work Available)

Key Responsibilities:

    1. Overall Traffic Operations:

    • Lead content planning for Rednote & TikTok, while adapting strategies for HK platforms (IG/FB) to drive traffic

    2. Creative Content Production:

    • Create short videos (storyline/store visits/Vlogs) that appeal to both regions’ aesthetics, complete script writing, filming, editing and post-production optimization. Utilize Hong Kong local cultural elements (such as Cantonese expressions, landmarks) to innovate content formats

    3. Data-Driven Operations:

    • Monitor Rednote keywords, TikTok DOU+ advertising effectiveness, formulate SEO and trending search strategies. Analyze Hong Kong user profiles (30-60 year old health and wellness demographic), optimize tagging system and interaction mechanisms

    Community Activation:

    • Design online challenges, check-in tasks and other interactive activities to increase fan conversion rates. Connect with KOL/KOC resources to build traffic channels and networks

      Requirements:

      Current undergraduate/fresh graduate, majoring in Marketing, Media or Digital Creation related fields hard skills:

        • Current undergraduate/graduate in Marketing, Digital Media or related fields Technical Competencies
        • Proficiency in CapCut/VN Editor, Canva/PS for visual design
        • Hands-on experience with Rednote Branding Center & TikTok Creator Marketplace
        • Basic data analysis skills (TikTok Analytics, Rednote CPC)

        Cultural Adaptability:

          • Deep understanding of HK youth culture (MEME trends, subculture communities)
          • Trilingual fluency (English/Cantonese/Mandarin) for cross-border content creation
          • Valid HK work rights (IANG visa holders preferred)

          3、數據驅動運營:

          • 監測小紅書筆記熱詞、抖音 DOU+投放效果,制定 SEO 及熱搜跟進策略 分析香港用戶畫像(30-60 歲健康养生族群體),優化標籤體系與互動機制

          4、活動策劃執行:

          • 設計線上挑戰賽、打卡任務等互動活動,提升粉絲轉化率對接 KOL/KOC 資源,搭建引流渠道及網絡
          任職要求:

          本科在讀/應屆畢業生,主修市場營銷、傳媒或數碼創作相關領域硬技能:

          • 精通剪映/CapCut 視頻剪輯,熟練使用 Canva/稿定設計等創作工具
          • 掌握小紅書蒲公英平台、抖音創作者後台操作流程
          • 具備基礎數據分析能力(巨量算數、千瓜數據等)軟實力:
          • 熟悉香港健康、疗愈等文化趨勢,對 MEME 圖、二次創作等具備網感
          • 中英粵三語流利,能創作雙語混搭文案(如粵普諧音梗)
          • 持香港永久居民身份/合法工作簽證(IANG 簽證持有者優先)
          成長路徑:
          • 首階段(0-3 月):專注內容生產與平台基礎運營
          • 進階期(3-6 月):獨立負責單平台全流程策劃
          • 發展期(6-12 月):帶教新人團隊,參與商業變現項目
