Position: Registered Dietitian
Location: Hong Kong/Shenzhen (Remote Health Consultations Available)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Health Assessment & Report Analysis
- Conduct one-on-one health consultations, facilitate AI-powered health screenings for walk-in clients, and deliver evidence-based interpretations of reports (e.g., complete blood count, metabolic profiles, body composition data) to identify early health risks.
- Integrate clients’ lifestyle patterns, dietary habits, and clinical data to pinpoint health challenges, while proactively guiding them to utilize relevant in-store services.
2. Personalized Health Program Development
- Design evidence-based wellness plans covering nutritional counselling, supplement protocols, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) integration, exercise prescriptions, and sleep hygiene strategies. Continuously monitor outcomes through regular follow-ups and refine interventions for optimal results.
- Specialize in managing high-risk populations including chronic disease management, metabolic syndrome reversal, and weight optimization programs.
3. Health Product Consultation & Client Retention
- Prescribe tailored nutrition supplements and service packages aligned with clients’ health goals, achieving sales targets through consultative selling techniques.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships via proactive health education, outcome tracking, and strategic retention initiatives to drive repeat purchases.
4. Health Promotion & Community Engagement
- Plan and execute evidence-based health workshops, virtual webinars, and social media content campaigns to disseminate cutting-edge nutrition science and strengthen brand authority.
Qualifications:
1. Professional Credentialing:
- Current registration with UK HCPC, US CDR, HKDA, or equivalent international credentialing body.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition, Food Science, or related field is mandatory. Prior certification as a China Registered Dietitian will receive prioritized consideration.
2. Multilingual Communication Mastery:
- Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin with the ability to translate technical nutrition concepts into layman’s terms (e.g., explaining “insulin resistance” as “impaired blood sugar regulation”).
3. Sales Excellence:
- Proven track record in health product/service sales, demonstrating consultative selling skills and results-driven performance.
- Candidates with experience in nutraceutical sales or wellness program promotions are strongly preferred.
4. Professional Profile:
- Female candidates only (age 22-35 preferred).
- Presentable appearance with professional deportment, exceptional interpersonal skills, and strong client-centric orientation.

核心職責：
1、健康評估與報告解讀
為客戶提供一對一健康諮詢，幫助到店客戶完成 AI 體檢，精准解讀體檢報告（如血常規、代謝指標、體脂數據等），識別潛在健康風險。
結合客戶生活習慣、飲食結構及體檢數據，分析健康需求痛點，積極引導客戶體驗店內對應的服務。
2、個性化方案定制
設計科學、落地的健康調理方案（涵蓋膳食計畫、營養補充、中醫理療、運動建議、作息調整等），定期跟蹤優化方案效果。
針對特定人群（如慢性病患者、亞健康人群、減脂/增肌需求者）提供專業指導。
3、健康產品銷售與客戶維護
根據客戶需求推薦適配的營養素產品、健康服務套餐，完成銷售轉化目標。維護客戶關係，通過專業服務和定期回訪提升客戶粘性與複購率。
4、健康宣教與活動支持
策劃開展健康講座、社群活動或線上直播，傳播科學營養知識，提升品牌影響力。
任職要求:
- 英國 HCPC/美國 CDR 註冊營養師資格或香港營養師協會（HKDA）認證，主修臨床營養學/食品科學，或者持有國內註冊營養師資格證書優先
- 精通粵英普三語諮詢，能將專業術語轉化為「街坊易懂」表達（例：將「胰島素阻抗」解釋為「身體收唔到血糖訊號」）
- 具備銷售意識與實戰經驗，有健康產品/服務銷售成功案例者優先。
